Anthony Bencomo, Director of Rehabilitation Services

Anthony Bencomo, OTR/L, MBA, is the director of rehabilitation services at West Gables Rehabilitation Hospital. In this role since June 2022, he oversees more than 100 employees across the physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapy disciplines, as well as rehabilitation aides.

Previously, he was a director of rehabilitation managing facilities across several healthcare settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing and outpatient therapy. He also has experience within the acute care hospital and home health settings.

A graduate of Florida International University, Anthony earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. Anthony also holds a Master of Science degree in occupational therapy from Nova Southeastern University.
