Natasha Peat, Chief Nursing Officer

Natasha Peat, R.N., I.P., BSN, MSN, MSHM, is the chief nursing officer at West Gables Rehabilitation Hospital. Promoted to chief nursing officer in 2022, she oversees the nursing and respiratory therapy departments. In her role of director of quality management, which she has held since 2018, she is responsible for patient safety, program compliance, customer service and quality operations.

Previously, Natasha spent five years as an infection control and risk manager for a long-term care facility in Homestead. Prior to that, she was responsible for quality, infection control and risk management at Miami Jewish Health Systems. Natasha began her career as a certified nursing assistant and worked her way up through the nursing ladder at a variety of South Florida hospitals.

A graduate of American Sentinel University, Natasha earned a Master of Science in nursing, health and care administration and management bachelor’s degree in nursing.
